The posters, activities and lessons were created to encourage the practice of mindfulness. They help support the BC Curriculum through development of the core competencies. The following core competency connections can be made:
Personal Awareness & ResponsibilityThese activities and lessons will encourage participants to think about their actions and choices, and how they impact their overall well-being. Participants will learn how to use mindfulness strategies for their well-being, to aid in goal setting, regulating emotions and to help in challenging situations.
